I have banked here for many years. Satisfied up until I refinanced an auto loan with them. NEVER was I told or informed if your auto loan is late, they will SHUT OFF access to your funds until your loan is paid. This is both with an auto loan or personal loan. You WILL NOT be able to use your debit card or credit cards you have with them. ANY other bank gives a courtesy call. The company that they have service their credit cards engages in disreputable business practices, including policies which result in violations of federal law (refusing/resisting requests for chargebacks). Ever since they closed their branch office on Thomasville Rd., their customer service has been unbelievably horrible.
