I have banked at this credit union for many years but have decided no more. The company that they have service their credit cards engages in disreputable business practices, including policies which result in violations of federal law (refusing/resisting requests for chargebacks). Ever since they closed their branch office on Thomasville Rd., their customer service has been unbelievably horrible.
