Super friendly and helpful.
Use to love this location. They have closed the lobby for 'Security' purposes. This is the north east side of town. The location next to Governer Square is more likely to get robbed. Now you HAVE to use Drive Thru for EVERYTHING and either an appointment/'Real' reason can get you inside but not without everyone watching you like a hawk basically. No reason to close the lobby what so ever. I more so believe they did so they can use this location for 'Training' cause half of them are constantly asking questions on how to do th... read more
i have been going to this branch for years. always pretty friendly people. but today, i was disappointed. i had to go inside because i didnt have a pen to be able to do the drive through. i tried one door, locked. tried the other door, also locked. it says they close at 5, it was 3:30. watched a lady inside just look at me struggle with the door. thanks.
