If I could give him less than one star I would. Fell off the planet owing us (owners) almost $10K. Cannot contact him by phone, email, nothing. We're working with our current tenants so they don't end up homeless.

David ******** managed our property in Milwaukee from March 2014 until January 2020, when we fired him for (very) late payment of rents and non communication. He still owes us all of our tenants' damage deposits and money for bills he charged us for paying, but never paid, such as $7,945. in snow removal. In total, he has stolen over $40,000 dollars from us. Look at his record in the ********* ******. He has been sued for nonpayment of debts 17 times. Clearly a con artist. David ********managed my home from 2014 until February 20, 2020, when I had to terminate the agreement. Starting in May 2019, he was consistently late with owner payment, and in November 2019, I received my last payment. He has not returned my calls, texts, or emails, but has been in contact with the tenant to collect my rent. He now owes me four months' rent + Security deposit – expenses. Totaling roughly $8250.00.

We began using this company almost 5 years so before we moved 1300 miles away. For the first couple years, things were good. Then eventually situations all related to communication became a Problem. When attempting to connect with Dave ********, it became a challenge. We would have to leave messages and even texts to try to get a hold of him. Same as Gordon *. Have not received a statement from them for 5 months. I have not been paid for 3 months of rent. They have not returned calls, e-mails, or text messages about needed repairs, or questions about charges on the monthly statement. One thing in their favor is that TMG is just as sloppy when they pay a large bill for me and I owe them money. My family and I moved into a rental managed by TMG. Moving in there was a mold issue in the bathroom which took months to address and complete. After that issue due to the bathroom repairs the house had water pressure issues. Yet again went over a month without repair. Once it started raining the basement started taking in water and the roof leaked. Took me holding rent payment to get a reply and roof fixed.
