Unprofessional and unresponsive. They recently took over some rentals, where yard maintenance is in the lease and have not addressed multiple tenets concerns over the overgrown green space, which has not been maintained since mid May (the previous company stopped mowing it one month before the switch). They have told many of us for the past month they are getting bids for the work, after first saying it wasn't their responsibility. I rented a home managed by TMG for three years. I genuinely loved the property and was a responsible tenant who paid rent on time, maintained the home, and even referred others to TMG. I’ve since retracted my referrals due to the poor handling of my move-out. I gave formal notice on May 6, but didn’t receive move-out instructions until June 3, just two days before I was scheduled to vacate. Emmi is awesome. She was perceptive, and within 24hrs able to resolve a leftover problem. I've only spoke with Emmi a couple times but has shown care and follow through for her tenants within a few days that our former landlord was not even from our first day here able to achieve whatsoever in 2 years. We had sent almost 10 maintenance requests in a year about a Corridor light that would leave it pitch black resulting not only my gf, but my dog as well falling down the stairs.
