Monique did a fantastic job at helping me and my husband apply for the perfect home! She was very patient and answered all of our questions. We had a few issues and she was always so wonderful at helping us through the process!
Dania was a pleasure to work with. She was easy to get a hold of and kept me informed of every step along the way. I would highly recommend working with her if you need help getting into a rental. She makes the process go as smoothly as possible!
Worst experience with a property manager in the move out process. Was charged on our damage deposit for things that where noted on our move in paper that magicly disappeared after we moved out. While living there the manager took ever short cut to fix a exterior basement wall water issue that was coming from the moist soil. Never did a proper mold test. We have small children living in the house. Greedy company that preys on those who don't speak English or don't know how to speak out to tyranny.
Dania was awesome. She did a great job of keeping us informed throughout the process. If I were a business owner I would be happy to have her working for me.
