I had an amazing experience with TMG property management. Monse was super nice and friendly, she walked us through the entire process and made it as smooth as possible and was also very knowledgeable. Couldn’t recommend monse more!!

The new build properties are nice, but the employees are really rude. We spoke to monse and she is the reason we are no longer interested. Weirdest experience genuinely. I would speak to the manager above her if you have any interest. Monse should not be the customer interface.
Updated review after move in: My husband and I moved into Paradise 88, and we absolutely love it here—especially our manager, Serene. Initially, we had some challenges with communication from TMG employees. We had originally planned to rent at Midland but decided against it due to miscommunication. We were given incorrect information, which wasn’t corrected until after we had already placed our deposit. Even after switching to Paradise, we are still waiting for our deposit to be returned. OK, so my main issue with TMG, is that no one knows what they’re talking about they assure you something is one way when it surely isn’t. My husband and I toured at the Falls in November or December. We were originally looking at a $1300 loft. The lady who toured with us told us that there was a one bedroom for 1100. When we asked for clarification and that we thought she was wrong, she got snippy and rude and assured us that the one bedroom was in fact, 1100. Long story short it wasn’t clearly.
