Horrible property management company. No one returns phone calls or emails, not even the owner Terry. You have to hound them in order to find out any answers to tenant / purchaser approvals & interview process. Total lack of respect for other real estate professionals.
They could actually return a phone call, provide requested information and treat people in HOA's with respect.
