Do your research before signing with TMG, the residents where I live are looking into filing a class action lawsuit against TMG. Possibly the worst management company in the PNW. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM
Most incompetent and rude bunch of people you'll ever deal with. My husband and I got told conflicting stories all the time. The Vancouver office is a MESS. Particularly a worker called Mike. He is very angry and inconsistent. There is no integrity towards any of the applicants. Avoid.
