I recently moved into a property that TMG manages and, I have to say, they are the BEST property management company I have ever experienced. There were a few hiccups which, naturally come up when someone is living in a place for the first time. They have really bent over backwards for me, treating me like I am their only client. I've rented with TMG management for two years across two different properties and in both cases buildings were well-maintained and in good shape. When things like washing machines break or malfunction, they are quick to put in a work order to fix or replace the building. Most of all, TMG are really responsive and helpful over email and phone - any questions I had I always found someone able to help out. Zuly Ruvalcaba managed the properties I rented and was extremely helpful.
What a joy this company is to work with - super clean buildings in great Chicago neighborhoods and first class management!
I have lived at 3 different TMG properties and have had nothing but great things to say about them. Are they perfect no, but their customer service is wonderful. Zuly and Chris have always been very helpful and get things resolved in a timely manner. The Ivy Apartments 1 1/2 years 1 bed 1 bath I have lived at the Ivy for about a year and a half and I am so happy with my experience so far. TMG has been great, which is a breath of fresh air after an experience that was not so great before TMG. They have been very communicative and accommodating, and always have a great attitude.
