I have lived at 3 different TMG properties and have had nothing but great things to say about them. Are they perfect no, but their customer service is wonderful. Zuly and Chris have always been very helpful and get things resolved in a timely manner. Our rent increases are fair and minimal compared to other companies I have rented from in the past which is why we always come back to TMG. The maintenance staff is always friendly and respectful. The Ivy Apartments 1 1/2 years 1 bed 1 bath I have lived at the Ivy for about a year and a half and I am so happy with my experience so far. TMG has been great, which is a breath of fresh air after an experience that was not so great before TMG. They have been very communicative and accommodating, and always have a great attitude. The rats made my life miserable. These people allowed it to happen. Fear the rats. TMG Management is not your friend: they are with the rats.
