This guy visited my house last month to provide a quote for an earthquake retrofit, and said he would have the quote ready within a week. After a few follow-up phone calls where he told me he is "putting the finishing touches on it and will send it within an hour," he just stopped replying to me altogether. Unreliable liar who is disrespectful of the customer's time. If this is how they act during their sales process, then how will they treat you after you sign the contract? Another dishonest contractor to avoid.
