My 8year old son had a sleep study done last night. Of course I slept there with him. From the moment we were greeted by Katrina- we felt great. Katrina was an absuGod send! She was kind- gentle- understanding and so welcoming. She talked my son through every moment and calmed him when he got nervous. We loved Katrina and were both excited for her future and very proud of her!! Katrina- thank you for being so great! You’re going to be and do so great in your career!
I had a sleep study done there just last night for my chronic sleep apnea. The facilities felt more like a nice hotel than a hospital and the staff was extremely friendly. One person in particular, a sleep tech named Shaun, was the sole reason I was able to complete the study. I had a severe panic attack and was ready to quit the study completely until Shaun came and sat in the room across from me and talked me down. He was so understanding and compassionate. Billed over 1K and was told not enough detail to justify apnea although i been on a machine for 6 years, lab cant locate my results for my Dr. what a joke - AVOID THIS EXPERIMENT
