I knew I'd have trouble sleeping, but really needed this PAP Titration study. I have sleep apnea, which causes an occasional seizure overnight. The test will determine if CPAP might reduce that risk. Very impressed by the facility and even more so by the staff. My test involved monitoring of EKG, EEG, and oxygen. A lot of wires! Plus the mask. But the staff were amazing. This place was great. The girl I had was amazing and made me feeling comfortable
They just don't answer the phone nor have any type of hold system, just immediately to voicemail. Had to drop off a referral which didn't work either as they didn't have anyone on site at 12:45 pm on a Thursday.
Terrible place to have a sleep study, a month later I still haven't gotten results, but I did get a bill in the mail for $2,000, this after insurance already paid out $4,000. That's absolutely insane for a non surgical outpatient procedure, even an MRI wouldn't cost that. Even worse considering the place is dumpy, uncomfortable, and noisy. The beds are like sleeping on the floor, hard as rocks and I like a firm mattress. Complete waste of time and money.
Horrible service. I have been trying to get my sleep study reports since Jan 2025. Surely they could fax reports during a seven month period. Both myself, my physician, and the device provider have been trying for 7 MONTHS with no response. Save your self the frustration and use a different sleep lab.
