TMC Roofing is top notch from craftsmanship to overall customer service. Justin, Travis, Brett and Tony were great to work with and you can tell they're very passionate about making sure their customers are happy with the final product. Justin was especially mindful of all the little details, communication and transparency. If you're in the market for a new roof, look no further than TMC Roofing. Not only was I super satisfied with their work and service, their pricing was very competitive as I did my diligence.
The company was quick to responed to my leak, same day response, and inspection (Thank you,Tony). Very transparent, let me know exactly what I needed with pictures and an explanation, options given and was flexable. Clear communication through phone calls and texts, no pressure. Very punctual and professional, work was inspected on the 18th and completed on the 20th by the morning before the next rain. First off, Tony was amazing when he came out to give us a quote! So friendly, very educated and knows how to provide customer satisfaction! He stuck by through the whole process to ensure every need was met. We had TWO roofs completely replaced and each roof took about a week to complete. Had to get a full roof replacement and some other components after a storm. Called a bunch of roofing companies and TMC seemed to have the best prices for the best product. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Tony Ayala who made the process super easy. He was very knowledgeable with the companies product and made sure to keep constant contact and keeping me update throughout the whole process. The crew members themselves were also great. Fast workers and great craftsmanship. 10/10 would recommend.
Overall, TMC is a VERY good company. Their workers clearly know what they are doing, and they don't goof around. Other than lawful/expected breaks, if they are on site, they are working. The quality of their workmanship is also VERY good. My sales rep and job foreman, Tony and Justin respectively, were both good communicators - and very easily reached.
