Disappointed. I have been calling for 3 WEEKS for an appointment! Noone ever answers. Voice mail messages left, with no calls returned.
Office had he bedside manner of a passive aggressive child. Zero help or guidance prior 2 surgical app.
Dr was over hour late again. No explanation of my condition after asking what was wrong. Spent like 6 minutes with me. They just overbook to make more money. What is wrong with TMC?
TMC is the best
Their doctors are great but their phone service is pretty much nill. I had to drive an hour there and go in person to get my elderly friend an callback from his surgeon’s assistant. SUPER FRUSTRATING!
