Office had he bedside manner of a passive aggressive child. Zero help or guidance prior 2 surgical app.
Dr was over hour late again. No explanation of my condition after asking what was wrong. Spent like 6 minutes with me. They just overbook to make more money. What is wrong with TMC?
TMC is the best
Their doctors are great but their phone service is pretty much nill. I had to drive an hour there and go in person to get my elderly friend an callback from his surgeon’s assistant. SUPER FRUSTRATING!
I had back surgery in April. I was mugged in July. Still trying to see my Dr. All my messages were "lost" for six weeks. I get in October 4th. They had overbooked so badly that there was a two hour delay. I complained I couldn't wait that long to just get back to the room. I get to wait another 7 weeks. If you have a choice, ANY other hospital is a better choice. They are too worried about the cash grab.
