Go figure why they only have a 3 star review. This place is horrible and if you are given the option to go somewhere else to pick up your supplies, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. This place has no care for anyone and doesn't actually understand the supplies we are getting them some are literally life and death equipment. I had a sleepy study done a month ago and I've called 3 times since then and even gone into the office and I've been ignored over and over again. No return calls, no communication, absolutely ignored ... read more

I went on 4-7-25 to get my cpap machine from the TMC medical supply Hospital location and JOY helped me through the long process of how my machine worked to how to clean the diffrent parts to helping me get the correct mask.
Joy was great getting my stuff together, but ordering supplies never done when going to pick it up. Just ridiculous.
My wife called up to see if they had a replacement part for my cpap mask. They said they did and she went up to get it. She brought the mask and asked repeatedly if it was for the dreamwisp they said yes even the packaging said it was for the wisp. She brought it home I check the part it did not look the same or work. So she called up they said the couldn't refund the money and didn't know why she was told it was for the dreamwisp. We even spoke the manager same thing was said.
