No one returned my call I still have the work to do but nobody's calling me
My complaint, May 11 Enter into a contract on Dec. 2 2020. Pool Construction did not start until Jan. 6 and site was not visited prior to the dig. This is when the trouble began. * TMC did not provide concrete subs with needed information, thus causing a week delay. * Tile for pool not ordered in time, thus having to pick additional tile. Went to office with Nolan, where he yelled at me to read my DAMN contract. We do NOT recommend that you use TMC for new construction and much less for repairs. They built our pool for roughly about $34K which we thought was a great deal for what we received at the time. About a year later, the pool company we use to complete regular maintenance on it found that they had to keep putting in salt in and alerted us that something may be wrong.
