This place is unbelievable I had heard horror stories but I now have my own. I arrived with a pretty serious wound on my hand wanted a doctor to tell me if stitches were needed. The Ginger receptionist tells me only one room for stitches 2 people before me. Approximately 40 people between the one before and after me were called in as I wait with a gauze on my wound. I was at this clinic and watched the receptionist (who was incredibly rude to every patient) send several people to an ATM to pay $40 in cash for having an expired OHIP card. This, despite a notice on the Ministry of Health website saying that the validity of health cards is extended indefinitely. The manager, Marta, is also extremely rude, and her lack of care for her patients/customers permeates the entire practice.
