Incompetent radiologist didn't report the severity of my neck. Headaches migraines seen pain spine pain skull shoulders pulsating jaw line pain is constant even the drugs can't cover up this pain. I demand a revised and correct report!!! If they don't they can pay for every doctor visit I've been to because none of those stupid doctors would look for themselves they just based their opinion on the report. needed to have another MRI with sedation (being a former critical care RN, who knew I was extremely claustrophobic??)! this was the second time I had sedation for an MRI at TMC, as well as having had multiple x-ray films taken there. In every instance I was very well cared for, felt like I was 'family' and can say I ALMOST had fun being there! This is the only place I will ever return to and can unhesitatingly refer friends and family to for truly professional care. Thank you TMC staff!
Had an appointment at 9Am. They asked me to show up at 8:45 so we could be on time, now they tell me it could be 10am before they see me. I would not recommend this imaging place to anyone!!
First Class treatment – I was extremely nervous about having an MRI done. I had it done a few years ago at Simon Med in Scottsdale and had a horrible experience. I live in Sun Lakes now and my Dr. reffered me to Simon Med in Chandler. I told him I refuse to go there so he sent me to TMC Imaging instead. I called them to setup appointment and was reassured that I would be taken care of. I felt like royalty when I was checked in.
