I think this is my first time writing a review of a company, good or bad, but other consumers should know of the terrible customer service I had with this company. I was paired up with them through my home warranty service for AC repairs and they had 24 hours to contact me to set up an appointment time. I have a week old newborn and the weather is heating up in the next few days so I wanted to make sure that the temperature in the house was comfortable and she didn't overheat and get sick. Bandaid on issues
I do not recommend this company. I had two different problems with my heating system and the technician they sent argued with my wife over details and asked questions that made us question whether he knew what he was doing. They charged us to "diagnose" both problems but didn't actually repair anything. After this experience I called another company that had been recommended to me and they found different reasons for the problems and were able to fix one of the problems the same day and the other the next day.
