I can't do nothing but thank Ms Matthew's at TM Properties &Rentals. She has met all her obligations. My husband and I is very well satisfied. Everything that we need done She got own it right away. Avoid TM Properties & Rentals, LLC at all costs. They ignored years of serious maintenance issues, then issued us a 30-day notice instead of fixing anything. Not once did anyone check on the problems we reported. What they did wasn’t just unprofessional — it was unlawful. After forcing us out, they even tried to push through an eviction after the 30-day notice. This company preys on tenants rather than managing responsibly.
