The environment was soooo friendly! I felt warmed and welcomed plus my nail tech Jax was informed and creative. They showed how much take cared about me too!
First time trying this nail salon. Nguyen did an absolute beautiful job on my nails. She free handed the white French tips and they look perfect in my eyes. Enjoyed my pedicure by Gucci. Disappointed they do not offer any sort of rewards/loyalty program or a military discount (especially being in a military town). However, the friendliness and service was great, so I am planning on rescheduling with Nguyen for future appointments. $50 pedi, $60 nails. I had a very disappointing and painful experience here. The nail tech was extremely rough—my fingers were left sore with multiple cuts from over-filing around the nail beds. On top of that, the acrylics were applied far too far from the cuticle, making them look grown out the same day I got them. The shaping was inconsistent and the overall application looked rushed and unprofessional. For the price I paid, I expected way better. I won’t be returning, and I don’t recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality or care.
