Since taking over the management of our apartment building I have been inundated with visits from bug people every 3 months. I got my smoke alarms tested during recertification with Section 8 recertification for this apartment and then another check to make sure all my things are working when I've just had two other inspections. I'm really getting tired of these people being up in my apartment. I think an annual bug treatment would be sufficient. There great people helped me out a lot was out of work with a big surgery and a little backed up on my rent they worked with me .. and every one there is so nice to work with..very helpful as well. Dave .

This is the worst company to deal with. From the day we moved in 6 years ago they still have not painted, I have been contacting them because the roof over my shower came down. They are quick to put you in eviction court and then lie about what’s owed. They have gone unchecked for too long. Save yourself and find another company to deal with.

Working with this management company has been a very positive experience overall. They are easy to reach, explain things clearly, and follow through on what they say they will do. Maintenance requests do not sit for weeks, and updates are given without me having to ask multiple times. It feels like there is real structure and accountability behind the scenes, which makes a big difference.
