MOVE TO THE NEXT LISTING! This guy is totally unreliable. He came and talked a good game. Left with a 50% deposit. I gave him more than the 2 weeks he told me it would take to make my shower doors before I started calling. First call, no reply. Second call, no reply. Luckily the deposit was on a credit card and I got my money back. Not the way to run a business, unless you’re running it into the ground.
After quickly receiving our quote, it was downhill from there. They even somehow started installing the door in the wrong bathroom after I showed them right where it was going... To begin with, the owner was unable to address simple questions through email so that we could ensure we were getting the right hardware and handle options. I tried calling to make things easier, but then communication via random text messages started, and I had to follow up several times to know what was going on with our order.
