Very disappointed with the quality of their workmanship and customer support. My new lanai leaks every time it rains. I have contacted them multiple times and all I get are promises.
Happy With This Company! Hurricane Ian took our lanai and we were looking for a company to rebuild it from scratch. Some companies quoted hefty prices and asked for a lot of money upfront. T&M Aluminum was recommended by a neighbor who is satisfied with their work. On our first contact, they were upfront and said it would take 6-8 months, and it did take eight months for them to come to have the work done. Waited two years after Ian to replace our cage. After Milton, and minor support in the roof became disconnected, and I called to set up an appointment
Did excellent work fixing my entryway frame and screening damaged during a hurricane. They even spotted a mistake by my builder and correctly installed a new entryway. Very reasonable. Recommend highly.
