I was with TL&T Management for three and a half years. At first, they seemed nice, but that didn’t last. I asked management to repair the banister out front because of my health concerns and for the safety of others using the steps. This Management company is one of the best ever… I’ve rented from them for 6years I have never had a problem… the staff is very professional and every time I have called with an issue they were on top of it . My experience with them is exceptional. They make you feel like family and will go above and beyond to see to it that all maintenance requests are completed even calling me personally to see if everything was done to my satisfaction. I had a bad experience renting from this company in 2019. The worst experience of my life. I pray karma catch them soon. This company should be closed down.
