This is the most crooked property management company in the state. I had to take him to court because Tim Steele just took thousands of dollars that I sent to fix up the house. The poor renter was without basic things like heat because he wouldn't fix up the house. He also charges a very large percentage of any fixes to "oversee" the work that doesn't get done.
