Great work out and a wonderful strength and stretch exercises
I’m biased because I am the owner, but holy guacamole is that place run well. Instructors are super well paid. Clients couldn’t be happier. Just happy I’m not cleaning toilets anymore. Tripled our studios in the last year. I need a vacation. And a massage. First class $10, come try it!
