I LOVE this place! I’ve been going for 6ish months now and I feel so good and strong!! All of the trainers are so friendly and bring a challenging workout. Shoutout to April for improving my posture, delivering a kick a** class every time and making me feel much more confident on the megaformer. If I wasn’t moving I’d renew my membership. Open a studio in Seattle pleaseeeee seriously though highly recommend trying a class. It’s worth it!
Absolutely an incredible workout. The instructors are amazing. I learn something new from each one of them. As with anything you have to bring it, but the encouragement I’m given by not only the instructors, but also seeing the group of people sweating along with you is motivation! And my body is stronger and more tone than I’ve ever been. Thanks TLS
