TLSx has absolutely changed the game for me!! Having come from a background in weight lifting / resistance training, I’m so impressed (and humbled) by the intensity and all the shakes I experience during class. I have the hardest time with this place because it's truly so hit or miss - the quality of instructors varies SO vastly. April is the head trainer and it shows - she's so technical and actually makes adjustments so that the classes feel challenging (but she's barely at the downtown location now) Kathryn and Deb are experienced. Others feel very inexperienced/ green and just call things out and walk around but pay no attention to form or cueing (and do that dreaded screaming instructor voice). The clients that show up here day after day both inspire and excite me to come to work daily. I love teaching at this studio! The workouts are top notch, the location is ideal and the easy parking makes it even better! Come check us out!
