Booked the 6:30 PM Strength class on June 30th through Wellhub. When I arrived and checked in, I was told there was no space for me. The coach simply said, "I’ll make sure they give you a call," and that was it. I left and called customer service, where I was told this wasn't the first time this had happened—and that there was nothing they could do because I booked through Wellhub. That’s not acceptable. Talk about a workout that has changed so many aspects of my life and day to day! I’ve struggled with lower back pain for years and TLS has helped tremendously by strengthening my core and posture which in turn has had such a positive ripple effect. My goal over the last year was to get stronger and my arms have never been this tone before! I tried the foundations class with Morgan and wow! It was amazing! Morgan was so kind and helpful. I signed up immediately after because it was so good.
