TLR Solutions has nice staff and are easy to work with. Our townhouse is very nice but maybe over priced because the owner doesn't care if you have a refrigerator water line to make ice so we had to furnish our own counter top ice maker and have to buy ice often. Other than that, the property management is great.
This is an amazing rental company that is willing to work with you.
Great place to live. Quality staff as well maintenance there to assist you if needed. If looking for a nice apartment in Beaumont, I reccomend TLR, you won't be disappointed.
