Excellent service. Nice people. Great product.
Bought heater from the Amazon warehouse in 2021, it worked great for that season, then in 2022, the infrared heating element went out, since I purchased it from the Amazon warehouse the manufacturer would not honor the warranty. Seems this failure is common, many videos, not an easy task. Seems it works at first, but it does not last. This manufacture wants you to repair heater yourself. The heaters do not last.
Very friendly staff, easily resolves any issues you have.
Quick and personable service. I picked up an infrared element for a three year old heater.
