He is unresponsive and uses contractors who are untrustworthy and cheap. Our building has lost power multiple times and units frequently experience blown fuses and circuit trips. General construction is poorly done. Travis avoids calls and takes weeks to respond to issues. Incredibly frustrating. Nobody would voluntarily work with him but he clearly gets contracts with the city because he is the cheapest.
TLee’s properties are horrible. I’ve lived at 191 Talbot Ave, I have two friends that live at 56 & 58 Bowdoin Ave and another friend that lives at 246 Norwell St. From my experience at 191 Talbot Ave, the ac system they have there are very weak. It doesn’t cool/heat the apartment like I guess it was expected to. The apartment is very small and congested and still doesn’t get cool in the summer or warm in the winter. The bedrooms get warm in the winter because of the baseboard heaters but the system that’s in the kitchen does... read more
