This agency preaches family. Yeah right! They treat their staff like trash. Upper management does anything to avoid looking at agency issues. Upper management don’t even know what line staff do. They never offer to learn. They wouldn’t be caught dead supporting a client with us. Most are calling shots on a job they got no clue about. You all don't want a kind-heart God fearing person in your so called Hope Cooperative program. Hope for what. To stay depressed, miserable and unwanted having a mad dictator running the places we live in. Hope I see no hope. That's what I and others feel about your program.
This organization uses people's struggles without their permission to make themselves look better. There's also way too much emphasis on the fallacy of psychiatry and toxic psychotropic drugs. There's no healing in that.
