My salesperson Eddie was amazing and very helpful.
Went to purchase a vehicle from a guy of his girlfriend that has the lot. I drove a hour to buy this vehicle and that knowledge was known, then I get there and they sold the vehicle from under me. Very unethical and showed no remorse or sympathy for the situation. Don’t recommend!
6 months ago I got a car from TLC Automotive in Smithfield I took the car on a trip and when I got it back home it started having some issues. I took the car to a mechanic and had it looked at and found out that it needed almost $2,000 worth of suspension work on the front end and it also need engine work which was going to be around $1,300. This place couldn’t put together the paperwork for someone to sign while they were at the credit union getting their loan finished up. Had they gone ahead and drawn up the paperwork this person could have been there by about 4:50 signed it and been on their way. Instead they were told they had to bring the car back and finish the sale in the morning because they close at 5:00. On top of that they made the customer walk back to the credit union to finish their loan. Oh and did I mention this customer was pregnant?? Shameful p... read more
