Great communication and very professional. They did a thorough job and reasonably priced.
I'm pretty upset with this job on my patio and in front of my garage that TLC done for me, they power washed it, but they did not power wash my concrete patio properly, I have algee and dirt stuck under the sealer. Also the sealer dont work because it is water based sealer and was very wet when they applied the water base sealer, why not let it dry then apply the sealer that's how it's supposed to be done. Brad did an exceptional job cleaning the windows at our business. There was extra residue on the windows from window paint that he took extra care to make sure it was completely removed. Thank you Brad and TLC.

Dustin Cooper was his name -- the TLC employee that appeared at our home to wash the windows and siding. He did a great job and went to extreme measures to accommodate us and the work at our house. Coincidentally, we had a group at our home for Christmas party at the time of his arrival. They were the "Bubble Babes," an aquatic exercise group and they were delighted with the appropriate water show provided by Dustin while washing the windows.
