This place is awesome! It super clean, really quick to get us in. All of the staff is super friendly and helpful! We have been there for everything from sore throats to having stitches put in my sons chin. We live clear In Edmond, but we still make the drive to go here if we are sick.
The technician was very friendly & had me in & out. The receptionist however was rude & inconsiderate of my time. I waited 20 minutes before I was seen but only because of her paperwork. I had a referral & insurance info so I didnt see reason for the delay seeing as I was the only patient there. Because of this i will most likely have my doc send me somewhere else next time
Rude receptionist ... slow service, my mom was sent there to get an xray and you would think it would be simple and straight forward process.
I normally have nothing but good to say about this clinic, however I recently took my 23 month old daughter because she had a fever with vomiting, near lethargic, and no appetite and sleeping all the time. Normal checks of eyes and ears were done, as well as a strep swab. No flu test, nose was not checked at all, no other tests performed and she was diagnosed with "a cold". First time I've ever had any type of test done in my life! Lol.... They were great, made me very comfortable and their communication was excellent ��(and for the amount of test and with no insurance the price was very good)
