This company apparently is too busy to accept new customers. I had several conversations with Harry, the owner, about becoming a customer. We agreed he would come out on a Friday that I was off so he could check lawn condition and get a plan set. Harry never showed up. I called him to see if he was planning on coming or if he needed to reschedule and I never received a response. This was several weeks ago. Guess he has too much business already to bother with new customers.
I am a newer customer for Tuner Lawn Care LLC. After having moved down to the New Glarus, WI market this past summer and acquiring a fairly large yard that we were woefully unprepared to manage, I called TLC and left a message asking for help. A return call was made the same day, with the owner personally stopping by my house to survey and analyze the lawn need - and FITTING MY YARD into their busy schedule.
