We were throughly impressed with TLC from meeting with Brad and getting a quote to when the people came out to do the work. The work was done professionally and we were amazed with the time it took them. Would recommend TLC to anyone. They are really good at what they do.
I have literally caught the guy who mows our lawn skip mowing our lawn all together and when I called the office to complain I was completely dismissed by the owner of the business and told well my guy says he did it and that was it. I was still billed for the service. I can see as well on my ring doorbell and prove when they do and don't mow but that made no difference what's so ever.customer service plays no importance to this company.
Brad- Your team arrived today at noon for their first day. We cannot be more pleased with the way Seth and your son took care of our property. I am taking time to send you this email because when people do a great job they should be acknowledged. We are so happy we chose TLC lawn care for our home! They are hardworking, efficient and trustworthy. There was a lot of work and these guys did the work in half the time I thought it would take. Very polite and professional and their rates are excellent. I will use them again and again! I recommend them for all of your lawn and yard care.
