I think that it's a joke for my mom to be paying twenty four dollars and hour just to have somebody doing nothing more than sitting there playing with their phone. The laziness of some of your employees is appauling. I have come home on several occasions to find messes that have left for me to clean up. My priority when i get home should be to take care of my mom not clean up after your employees.
