I rented my apt thru TLC through 2024, and unfortunately would not recommend going through them (at least for renting). I found I had to basically fight to get responses back from Luann, the woman I had been working with since signing my lease agreement. Luckily I rarely had to reach out, but the few times it happened it was extremely frustrating (especially during my last month/two). Very, very slow at responding, of course, could have just been my agent. The place however, was good. Every time I needed something done with haste, I'd go here cause I know the people in office would get it done.

They don’t care about the homes. They have structural damage, they hid it from the pictures, they over price home that have mold and flooring damage and water damage! DO NOT USE THEM
