There are too many businesses that actually appreciate their customers to waste your time with this one. They should be embarrassed with the amount of bad reviews they have.
I would strongly discourage anyone from renting or buying through TLC Real Estate. Our experience has been incredibly stressful and disappointing from start to finish. Throughout our tenancy, we have repeatedly reported serious maintenance and safety issues that were either ignored, delayed, or never properly resolved.
