I would strongly discourage anyone from renting or buying through TLC Real Estate. Our experience has been incredibly stressful and disappointing from start to finish. Throughout our tenancy, we have repeatedly reported serious maintenance and safety issues that were either ignored, delayed, or never properly resolved. TLC Real Estate LLC has been the best property manager I’ve ever had for the four years I rented from them. Absolutely recommend using them for any of your housing needs!!
If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible money grabbing lady. Took our deposit for 400 bucks for “ marijuana” smell charge. The toilet flange would linger smells into the house due to improper install . Should have taken it to court but would have lost money on the long run.
