Called 2 of their agents and left serious messages for each; never heard back from either. I even did research and selected the ones who seemed least busy and more likely to return a call. Seems like a continuing fault of their agency according to other reviews. You'd think with the nepotism running rampant in their office, with someone hiring their son/sister/etc. every month, that they'd have someone available to help. Horrible experience. Not sure who was working for who. Was rarely kept up-to-date with what was going on. TLC probably cost me $15-20K, if not more.
I was looking at an apartment to rent, they were very nice and upfront about their rental
