I have resided in a TLC property for the past 3 years. Honestly, I have experienced several repair issues. HOWEVER, no worries- ANY issue I have had was immediately resolved. I could not ask for more professionalism, courtesy, or attention. I highly recommend them. They will certainly put to rest any reservations you may have about renting!

The worst rental management company I have ever delt with. I have traveled a lot and delt with many, including the 2) I have used to manage properties for me.
HORRIBLE!! Mary Lynn spoke to me like I was a child. Very disappointing. It has been miserable dealing with Mary Lynn and TLC Property Management.
Omg this is the absolute worst company I have rented from. The property manager Marry Lynn is extreamly rude. You can never get in contact with her if you have and questions or concerns. And you only can pay the rent through this rediculous website that doesn't give you a confirmation. Also, the crazy thing is she put on a smile to get my services but after I signed the rental papers she turned terrible. They can be compressed to a wolf in sheep clothing. They are the worst people to rent from . they do not care if you have a death in the family or get paid the next day if its not in by the fourth they charge they will charge 110 and if the 10th comes they will charge you $230 plus in court fees. Don't get me wrong I know we all have to pay to live but even if you pay don't forget the late fees or your out .
