RecommendedJason and lou are great. When they not only make your pool look perfect within hours of opening but they make you understand as a customer what needs to be done . The customer service and Honesty is really above par. I am glad we chose them this year and look forward to the season .
They squeezed me in to close my pool this year on short notice due to the fact my previous company of 8 years (Plum Perfect) literally denied I made an appointment with them and told me “sorry, can’t help you”. I was so angry because I have recommended Plum Perfect to more people than I can count. After all the chaos- I’m thankful it happed that way because it really brought to light the professionalism of TLC . I needed help in a last minute situation and the owner helped me immediately. It was closing time and he was patient and explained how to fix my problem before my party was to happen.
