RecommendedJason and lou are great. When they not only make your pool look perfect within hours of opening but they make you understand as a customer what needs to be done . The customer service and Honesty is really above par. I am glad we chose them this year and look forward to the season .
They squeezed me in to close my pool this year on short notice due to the fact my previous company of 8 years (Plum Perfect) literally denied I made an appointment with them and told me “sorry, can’t help you”. I was so angry because I have recommended Plum Perfect to more people than I can count. After all the chaos- I’m thankful it happed that way because it really brought to light the professionalism of TLC . Jason at TLC pools is awesome! Highly recommend. Been doing my pool for years and always do a great job.
I needed help in a last minute situation and the owner helped me immediately. It was closing time and he was patient and explained how to fix my problem before my party was to happen. Super great buisness man .. I wish him all the luck in buisness and he will be changing my pool at the end of this season.. Thank you again for your compasion.. :-)
