NEVER USE TLC IN CARLSBAD FOR PLUMBING PROBLEMS After we found that the water from the clothes washer was backing up into our kitchen sink, we called rotor router...a company we had used it the past, (but was no longer working in our local area) so we called TLC... biggest mistake ever. This is like adding fuel to the fire...I received a card in the mail saying the next callout would be 15% off the bill since I was a return customer. I would never call them to “work” on something again since apparently they couldn’t fix the problem the first time.
