Crystal and Taylor and literally AWESOME!!! I cannot tell you how much they have helped us through this process. My wife has been through complication after complication, and because of these two wonderful women, we have been able to stay on course with a strong plan and low anxiety. If I could give 10 stars I would, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
In-office staff is great as is the diabetes coach I worked with Elaine. Only reason I would reduce a star: Have not had the best luck with Dr. Both in that he doesn't seem available very often for his appointments.
I cannot speak enough about the quality of this practice! My wife was referred here because she was pregnant with twins and that is considered a high risk pregnancy. Dr. Broth really cares about his patients. He bounces between this and his silver spring location so we only physically saw him at the first appointment, but we would always FaceTime with him at the end of our appointment with the NP, Crystal. So far amazing care! Recently saw them for a high risk pregnancy concern and they treated me with such professionalism AS well as compassion. I would recommend them to others who are within a pregnancy that requires a careful eye.
Office staff and nurse to take us back were extremely rude and unprofessional. Couldn't take our daughter back (policy), which I understand, but complete brash and rude to a pregnant woman in tears about it. First appointment for my wife here and most certainly will be the last.
