This was my second time at TLC perinatal with Dr. Broth, He is great and has wonderful bedside manner, explains everything to great detail and cares for his patients and the babies. The Sonogram ladies Specially Christine, I believe is her name, is wonderful, they take their time and explain everything. The Dietitian Eliana, is also an amazing part of their team, always willing to help. The front desk Lady at the Germantown office on Tuesdays, who also works as a tech Is wonderful and delightful. The provider is good and one of the techns at Germantown location explains what’s being done but the customer service/ front desk still needs more training. They aren’t patient lose their cool real fast. Not willing to explain billing and from me three calls before I got get my questions answered kept saying they would call me back. If your doctor sends your here as a “high risk” once confirmed ( and the doctor won’t tell you just keep you) you aren’t they will still keep you coming here and paying large sums of money yet yo... read more
Came for a high risk 20 week anatomy scan. Service was really good (better than my OB) because the ultrasound technician and the doctor both took their time with us. We didn't feel rushed or pushed into anything. The facility was clean and professional. At every step the tech asked us for permission without assuming. We were quite pleased at the service tbh. Dr. Broth is kind, thorough and incredibly knowledge. He explains things very well and makes sure you feel at ease. He has excellent bedside manner and truly cares about his patients. I highly recommend him!
