Love this office. From the front desk, sonographers, and all the doctors - everyone is kind, warm and knowledgeable and looks out for you and your baby.
I had my 13 week nuchal translucency scan and my anatomy scan here and it was a great experience. I never had to wait at all. For my anatomy scan, the ultrasound had already started by the time my appointment time came. After the scan, the doctor comes in to talk to you and I never had to wait long for that either. I remember after my anatomy scan the doctor apologized for the delay and it had maybe been 10 minutes. The ultrasound tech and both doctors I saw were extremely friendly. I definitely recommend them.
It’s understandable to not have children in the exam room but these people don’t allow kids in the waiting room that’s ridiculous. I had my kid out by the elevator waiting.
Lorena, Dr Broth and the other doctor go way above and beyond. I've been going here for all our babies. I always look forward to going for my ultrasound Lorena makes you feel at home and comfortable. The front desk ladies are always amazing check in and out process is always fast. Thanks to you all for taking care of patients you are appreciated 👏 💐 ❤️💕
First three visits were excellent. Doctor was very kind, knowledgeable, and showed genuine care. 5/5 on those visits. Recent visit was a 1/5. Doctor was unavailable (we were not informed until we arrived at the appt.) and nurse practitioner was coarse and seemed to overlook or be unaware of the reasons/status of prior visits. Truly unfortunate and unacceptable for an office that addresses high-risk pregnancies.
