The provider is good and one of the techns at Germantown location explains what’s being done but the customer service/ front desk still needs more training. They aren’t patient lose their cool real fast. Not willing to explain billing and from me three calls before I got get my questions answered kept saying they would call me back. Came for a high risk 20 week anatomy scan. Service was really good (better than my OB) because the ultrasound technician and the doctor both took their time with us. We didn't feel rushed or pushed into anything. The facility was clean and professional. At every step the tech asked us for permission without assuming. We were quite pleased at the service tbh. Dr. Broth is kind, thorough and incredibly knowledge. He explains things very well and makes sure you feel at ease. He has excellent bedside manner and truly cares about his patients. I highly recommend him!
Dr Broth and his staff are wonderful. I saw him for a second opinion about a placenta anomaly, and he was so reassuring, took his time explaining things to me, and he and his sonographer took their time to verify that I did not actually have the suspected placenta anomaly. I switched to his practice for my MFM care for the rest of pregnancy and they took great care of me, monitoring mine and my baby’s wellbeing. I do not recommended anyone to go here I called two months ago to make an appt for a consultation, I was referred by Dominion fertility and o had to keep calling to. Even see if I was able to make one just got kept getting told that they have to call me back after talking to doctor I finally Just scheduled with another fetal medicine practice. It seems the doctor doesn’t care and the front desk are horrible
