Great staff and amazing doctor. Highly recommend. Dr Champlain has treated my children since they were born and we have always been pleased. Very knowledgeable, very caring, and will always get you in on short notice.
Do not go to this clinic! They are not breastfeeding friendly! I told them I was going to get a second opinion on my baby's weight gain and they called DHS on me. DHS confirmed it was unsubstantiated, but I still had to deal with all that stress.
Dr. Champlin started seeing my first son at birth in 2010. He started seeing my second son at birth in 2014. We love him and are grateful for him and his staff.
I have a great amount of trust and confidence in Dr. Champlin for my childrens medical care. The nurses are incredible. The staff is great as well. They are easy to reach for appointments and questions. The nurses are reliable for call backs once left a message, and they all strive to listen and understand the question and spend time providing actionable feedback every time we call. Dr. Champlin started off as my son’s pediatrician. We ultimately ended up switching to a new doctor when he was almost 2 years old. I will say that the clinic is designed nicely, and some of the staff that we dealt with (though we always saw new faces each visit) were nice. Dr. Champlain’s wife was always super sweet to us. And it was never busy/crowded, which is a huge plus. What we were not fans of was the robotic way Dr. Champlin went through each visit.
