The doctors and nurses at TLC are always caring, thorough and respectful of your time. Great pediatric facility!
Across the board, I did not feel supported while with TLC. The O’Briens are a kind couple, but I often felt dismissed when I brought up questions or concerns. My son was born via vacuum, which caused a hematoma on his head and, in turn, jaundice. His numbers fluctuated significantly in the hospital, and upon discharge, the doctors required us to return twice a day for blood work—even though I was only three days postpartum—despite my repeated requests for him to receive light therapy while we were still admitted. We love the O’Briens and Amy! We see all of them and they are all very thorough and always so helpful and calming. Recently our 2 year old had croup and I called and was able to bring her in right away to see Amy! We couldn’t be happie!
Dr. Thomas Obrien and staff are always the best!
