The providers and nurses/MAs are great, and I really do appreciate the care they give. My only issue—and it’s a big one for me—is that “sometimes” they don’t see sick kids for same-day visits. It’s hard being told there’s no availability and to just go to urgent care or the hospital when this is supposed to be my kids pediatrician. Doctor and staff have been amazing with my children especially the ones who need extra help.
This is hands down the best pediatric office you could ever find. We love T and she is the best for our kids. Don’t forget seeing Shannon’s Smiling face up front just makes the day a little brighter every trip in!
