The aid became ill and I had to call 911 where she went to the hospital. The agency left my 95 & 94 year old Mother who is immobile and cannot do anything for herself unattended for 12 hours. My father isn’t able to lift or take care of her either. They abandoned us with no help or replacement. Keep that in mind should you contact them. All I got was an apology from the owner. Big deal.
