I really believed a hit or miss with them. Its cool that they did the gel-x for $65 but its like if you get there at the right time otherwise they dont care about appointment times or what you ask for. Don't tell me you can provide the service when in reality you can't. When they do get the customer service right and the nails right then its a four star otherwise this place is literally not anything special or different than any other place and if its cheaper it shows

I had gone with Monique a few times for gel x and She did a good job. The last time I went, she did French tip. My nails were super Bumpy the polish look terrible. I went back today to ask her to fix them and after she was done, they had the nerve to charge me $30 just to change my polish of work that they had done that was not good. I’m never going back.
Cuts my cuticle doesn't see the blood. Horrible paint. It had residue all over it. Bumps are so noticeable. I bring it up and she gets defensive. Never again
I will never go again there even if they offer me free services. They use cheap products.
